A conference is a combination of meetings and events.
An incentive is a combination of events.

Incentives
Incentive travel is a management tool that uses an exceptional travel experience to motivate and/or recognize participants for increased levels of performance in support of organizational tools.

Without doubt you know about this motivational tool.

The incentive or reward can be anything from cash money to a voucher, a theatre ticket, a Spa treatment, a desert safari, a day at Wild Wadi, a new fridge or this giant plasma screen you have been dreaming about for years.
Incentive travel is one of the most unique and exclusive incentives.

There can be several reasons to why your company is giving an incentive to its sales force, management, clients, consumers or the entire staff.
Increasing sales is the most obvious one, but improving performance or safety or even create a nice atmosphere and team spirit can be a reason to stage an incentive campaign
The first question an incentive agency or incentive house should ask is NOT ‘’where do you want to go?’’ The first question should be ‘’ what would you like to achieve?’’

The destinations that can be offered are the same as for incentives.
The approach will be completely different.
